a data scientist with a strong knowledge in machine and deep learning to strengthen the activities of our innovation team and Earth Observation activities. As experienced data science professional,
I am the driving force behind our Earth Observation AI developments that are used for the further extension of our Belmap product and on customer projects. I actively follow-up new developments and technologies in the data science / machine learning / deep learning & computer vision domains. I provide technical input for research proposals centered around AI for GEO and Earth Observation, and implement the resulting innovation projects.
I contribute to our excellent customer experience by supporting my sales colleagues on their customer visits and contribute to the (pre)sales process by thinking along with the customer, delivering technical advice and giving demos. Together with the team, I translate the customer needs into a concrete project strategy and set up an action plan to ensure the successful delivery of the customer solution. My fluency in Dutch as well as English, is a big asset in this context.
I keep an eye on the project agreements that were made regarding budget, planning and deadlines, and contribute to great project results. My experience with working on complex projects and my excellent communication skills ensure that we create win-win situations with our customers.
I keep up-to-date on the newest technical and scientific developments within the machine learning, Earth Observation and geotechnology domains and share my knowledge with my GIM colleagues. By continuously renewing this technological knowledge and applying it to rapidly evolving customer demands, I also help to ensure that GIMs' products and services portfolio continues to meet the future needs of customers.
